Mindfulness for Women

A Radical Approach to Women’s
Wellness and Leadership.

Do you want to see what the awesome power of women can do in the world in your lifetime? Then consider being part of this teacher training and begin the recovery of women’s wisdom. By becoming a teacher of Mindfulness for Women’s Self-Care through their Menstrual Cycle, you will be inspiring and nurturing a radical new approach to women’s health, well-being and leadership.

Bringing us back into the wisdom of being a woman.

The Menstrual cycle is an essential journey into health and wholeness. It is a healing system that can guide us into Self-Care of nutrition, fertility, relationships, emotional resilience, creativity, and spirituality to name a few. Our moods influence our relationships with loved ones, colleagues, our work, and play and most of all our relationship with ourselves. Discovering how we can navigate the ebbs and flows of our moods to benefit all that we do, we deepen our understanding and begin skillfully responding to the messages they give to us.

Inspired by the dedication and committed work of Alexandra Pope & Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer, the Ten Week mindfulness for Women’s Self-Care course has been designed to give a woman insight into her experiences of moods and creativity throughout the menstrual cycle. By incorporating experiential practices of mindfulness meditation, menstrual literacy and the key teachings of Mindfulness based cognitive therapy, the course can enhance the quality of a woman’s mental health and well-being by transforming her relationship with the quality of her life throughout her innate monthly cycle.

You already Know within you.

Supporting our students in developing an authentic embodiment of mindfulness and reconnecting you to the wisdom you already know within you, we are committed to engaging you in both a professional and personal development process. This includes working with you to develop a your own mindfulness meditation and menstrual awareness practice as well as giving you the tools you need to offer mindfulness courses to women in a wide variety of settings.
