Mindfulness-based Interventions

A 2 year Training Programme that will competently and confidently qualify you as a Teacher of Mindfulness.

We are committed to your best interests.

Without a personal foundation of mindfulness in your life, it is difficult to relay the transformational qualities of these interventions to others. Supporting our students in developing an authentic embodiment of mindfulness, we are committed to engaging you in both a professional and personal development process. This includes working with you to develop your own mindfulness meditation practice as well as giving you the tools you need to offer mindfulness courses in a wide variety of settings.

Contributing your expertise and skillfulness.

As an independent Mindfulness teacher, you will be contributing your expertise and skillfulness to bring Mindfulness to others. This practice is a transformational step in your own evolution and as a trainer you’ll be leading others through their own transformation.

Our training pathway will give you all the training you will need to confidently and competently deliver Mindfulness in both the context of your work experience and a independent mindfulness teacher. The curriculum will take you though all the themes, practices and theories of Mindfulness based approaches.

How you will qualify as a Teacher of Mindfulness.

The Teacher Training pathway has been developed in 2 learning stages. The first year will be in a face to face learning environment, exploring and deepening your understanding Mindfulness-based Interventions, methodologies and building competency for delivering Mindfulness courses. The second year will be self directed distance study and assessed teaching practice.

Having an attitude of commitment to your own self discovery and embracing the discipline of daily practise, your competency will be assessed through your Assignments and Practices Portfolio using the Mindfulness Based Interventions- Teaching and Assessment Criteria.
